What data
If you email us or book a call, we receive your name, email address and whatever you tell us. We use it only to reply and, if you become a client, to deliver and invoice your project.
Website check
The free website check stores nothing: no address, no result, no IP address. The measurement runs through Google PageSpeed Insights. Only if you give us your email yourself, with consent, do we keep it to reply.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are read. Without consent no analytics cookies are set (Google Consent Mode v2). See our cookie policy.
Booking
Calls are booked through Google Calendar; Google processes that data under its own privacy policy.
Retention
We keep contact details as long as needed to reply. Client data is kept as long as the law requires, including for accounting.
Your rights
You can access, correct or erase your data, and object to processing. Email us. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
